Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective October 17, 2026

We want every client to know exactly where they stand before paying. By purchasing a RankCoast package, you agree to this policy.

Website setup fee

If you cancel before we deliver the first version of your website, we will refund your setup fee in full.

Once your website has been built and delivered, the setup fee is non-refundable, because the work has been completed.

Payment plans

If you chose to split your setup fee into monthly payments, the remaining payments are still due once your website has been delivered, even if you cancel your monthly plan.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans renew automatically each month on the same date until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@rankcoast.com or calling (442) 288-6642. Cancellation stops all future charges. We do not refund the current month already billed, and your services continue until the end of that month.
